If you’re a parent, you know just how important it is to read to your kids daily. Every teacher and child development expert agrees…the best way to set your little ones up for success is to read to them early and often!
But as a parent, you also know that life can get in the way of our best-laid plans. We’re so busy with modern life that reading to our kids can get pushed to the bottom of the priority list. And that’s why I created the Book-a-Day Reading Challenge. Let’s re-prioritize daily reading to our littles!
Book-a-Day Reading Challenge
Here’s how this challenge works: Pick a month that you want to really prioritize reading to your little ones each day. Print out the tracker sheet for that month, and then get reading!
You can decide how you want to use these trackers sheets. Here are some ideas:
- Color in a book for each day of the month that you read with your little one.
- Color in a book for EVERY book you read with your little one. You’ll finish the challenge much faster that way!
- Color in a book for every 20 minutes you read to your little one. This is great if your kiddos are a little bit older and you’re reading a chapter book together.
